Monitoring and Evaluation Unit

Objective

To monitor and evaluate implementation of plans and budget.

The Unit is led by The Head of Unit

The Unit performs the following activities:-

• Monitor implementation of Annual Plan and Medium-Term Strategic Plan;
• Establish and maintain a monitoring and evaluation framework;
• Collect, study, internalise and analyse statistics for plans and programs formulation;
• Provide technical advice on the institutionalisation of the Monitoring and Evaluation process;
• Coordinate mid-year and annual performance reviews;
• Strengthen Office's internal capacity on M&E through relevant training and sensitization;
• Coordinate Performance Contracting for the Office; and
• Conduct review on the implementation of plans and budget for purposes of making informed decisions.
